Je \u00fa\u017easn\u00e9 sledovat, jak rychle se d\u00edt\u011b u\u010d\u00ed a zlep\u0161uje, jak v\u0161e zkou\u0161\u00ed a nech\u00e1v\u00e1 se v\u00e9st jemn\u00fdm dotekem matky.  Stejn\u011b tak m\u011b zaujalo, kolik z tohoto <b>p\u0159irozen\u00e9ho pohybu<\/b> \u010dlov\u011bk b\u011bhem let ztrat\u00ed. Jak se omez\u00ed jen na p\u00e1r z\u00e1kladn\u00edch pozic, kter\u00e9 pova\u017euje za dosta\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed pro \u017eivot. <br> <br> M\u00e9 kr\u00e9do zn\u00ed: <b>Pohyb je l\u00e9k<\/b>.  M\u00fdm c\u00edlem v terapii je nau\u010dit v\u00e1s <b>pln\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edvat sv\u00e9 t\u011blo<\/b> - svaly, klouby, prost\u011b v\u0161e - tak, aby v\u00e1m <b>pom\u00e1halo<\/b>, ne v\u00e1s zat\u011b\u017eovalo.
